Shipping & Returns




Items currently in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours once an order is processed.  We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any questions concerning availability. UPS, FedEx, and USPS are used for standard shipping methods. Expedited shipping is available at additional costs if required.  We are happy to ship to international locations.  If you do not see your country listed at checkout please contact us directly and we will be happy to help you complete your order.



If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact HTP immediately.  Orders may not be cancelled once they are shipped.  All orders shipped are subject to our Return Policy.  Please see below. 


All returns require a 25% restocking fee and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  Items may be returned for a refund or store credit minus the restocking fee.  All returns must be approved and granted a RMA # prior to being shipped back within 30 days of the original ship date.  Products which have been installed will not be accepted for return.  Any product received which shows evidence of install will incur an additional restocking fee.   Hi-Tuned Performance Products™ is not responsible for wrongly placed orders. Exchanges will be accepted and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items shipped incorrectly are the responsibility of Hi-Tuned Performance Products™ along with additional shipping costs.  Products indicated as "Special Order" are final sale and  non-returnable.  Any and all custom orders, including custom powder coating, are non-returnable.  Hi-Tuned Performance Products™ is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping nor any return shipping costs.  We will be happy to assist you to the fullest extent in filing and handling shipping claims with the chosen carrier if necessary.   



Hi-Tuned Performance Products™ Quality Guarantee

 We guarantee all of our HTP™ products to be manufactured properly and free of defects.  Should you receive a product which is defective due to a flaw in workmanship, we offer a free replacement or refund with the return of the faulty product. Customers are responsible for return shipping to HTP and must call to obtain an RMA# prior to shipping. HTP is responsible for shipping costs to the customer for replacement products.  This warranty does not cover products which have been damaged due to improper installation.   

 All other brands listed on are sold with manufacturer warranties only.  We do not warranty any item other than our HTP™ brand products. As a courtesy, we will be happy to assist with warranty claims for all of our customers. If a warranty claim is needed, we will process the claim directly with the manufacturer or direct you, the customer, to the correct department to process the claim with the manufacturer in accordance with their policies.


All customers will have the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund for any item that is backordered for the duration of the time it is unavailable. You will be informed immediately if an item is on backorder. While we try to keep all items in stock, this is not always possible due to manufacturer processes and shipment schedules. Please feel free to contact us to check on the availability of a part before you place an order. We are available readily by phone or e-mail and will check availability right away.


Flat Rate Shipping

Flat Rate shipping applies to all eligible U.S. orders shipping to the lower 48 states.  Certain products on your order may not be eligible for the reduced flat rate based on their weight and size.  Products excluded from our flat rate shipping offer will require you to select an available shipping method prior to checkout.
