BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS WRITTEN HERE:
Shipping
Items currently in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours. UPS, FedEx, and USPS are used for standard shipping methods. Expedited shipping is available at additional costs if required.
Cancellation
Orders may not be cancelled once they are shipped. All orders shipped are subject to our Return Policy.
Returns
All returns require a 25% restocking fee. Hi-Tuned Performance Products™ is not responsible for wrongly placed orders. Exchanges will be accepted and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items shipped incorrectly are the responsibility of Hi-Tuned Performance Products™ including shipping costs. Products indicated as "Special Order" are non-returnable.
Warranty
Hi-Tuned Performance Products™ Quality Guarantee
We guarantee all of our HTP™ products to be manufactured properly and free of defects. Should you receive a product which is defective due to a flaw in workmanship, we offer a free replacement or refund with the return of the faulty product. Customers are responsible for return shipping to HTP and must call to obtain an RMA# prior to shipping. HTP is responsible for shipping costs to the customer for replacement products.
All other brands listed on www.hitunedperformance.com are sold with manufacturer warranties only. We do not warranty any item other than our HTP™ brand products. We will be happy to assist with warranty claims for all of our customers. If a warranty claim is needed, we will process the claim directly with the manufacturer or direct the customer to the correct department to process the claim with the manufacturer.
Back Order
All customers will have the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund for any item that is backordered for the duration of the time it is unavailable. You will be informed immediately if an item is on backorder. While we try to keep all items in stock, this is not always possible due to manufacturer processes. Please feel free to contact us to check on the availability of a part before you place an order. We are available readily by phone or e-mail and will check availability right away.
